How long does it take to repair the relationship and the agreement?
The whole process — from the first statute audit to signing the new agreement — usually takes from 14 to 22 days. This is significantly shorter than waiting for the first hearing in a commercial court.
Is the settlement after mediation binding?
Yes. A settlement concluded before a mediator, after its approval by the court, has the legal force of a judgment. It is binding for both sides, but its development takes place in a business atmosphere, rather than a litigation one. It's the safest way to exit a stalemate.
What if a partner refuses to talk?
In such situations, we start with an audit of the current statute. We often find loopholes that allow triggering arbitration procedures without the other side's consent. Knowledge that a deadlock may cost the partner their influence on finances usually inclines them to return to talks.
