Statistics are ruthless. The average duration of a commercial case in Poland in 2023 is about 875 days. That's almost three years during which your capital is frozen, and relationships with business partners turn into an open war. We saw situations where a share dispute worth 340,000 PLN blocked company growth for so long that competition took over 23% of its market. Court is a last resort that usually ends with both sides losing money on lawyers and experts.

Structure repair and new rules
