Andrzej started working in economic mediation in 2016. Previously, for 7 years, he observed how Polish courts blocked the development of good companies for entire decades. He realized that a judgment after 4 years of fighting is no victory. At Forum Sovereignty, he focuses on hard data and spreadsheets rather than emotional arguments about being right.

In 2023 alone, Andrzej closed 39 difficult disputes between investors and founders. Most of them concerned decision-making blocks in companies where shares were distributed equally. He repairs these situations by introducing mechanisms into agreements that no one thinks about when opening champagne at the start of the business.
