Mediation between partnersShare structure repairParity company agreementsConflicts with foreign investors

Experience based on facts

Marek joined Forum Sovereignty in March 2017. Since then, he has conducted 42 successful mediations in companies where conflict between partners paralyzed daily work. Instead of quoting paragraphs, Marek starts with the analysis of bank statements and the register structure. He believes facts count, not emotions, which is why he starts every case by writing down disputed points on one A4 sheet.

Effectiveness without a courtroom

In 2023, Marek helped resolve a dispute in a transport company employing 38 people. A profit sharing conflict had lasted there for 14 months and almost led to bankruptcy. Marek needed 4 meetings for the parties to sign a settlement and return to earning money. His method is clear 50/50 rules, which he writes directly into new company agreements, eliminating legal loopholes previously exploited by lawyers on both sides.

Practical approach to agreements

For Marek, a good agreement is one that has a maximum of 12 pages and is understandable for someone without legal education. At Forum Sovereignty, he is responsible for ensuring we repair share structures so that every partner feels safe without going to court. If he sees that parties do not want a real agreement, he says it directly at the first meeting, saving clients time and money. (To be honest, Marek rarely wears a tie, unless the case involves negotiations with a large investment fund).

Why do clients trust him?

Over the last 8 years, Marek has developed a work model in which the mediator is not a judge but a cold analyst. He doesn't promise miracles, but he guarantees that after completing the process, each side will know exactly where they stand. In July 2024, he closed a property division case in a construction company from Krakow, where the difference in share valuation was initially 320,000 PLN. After two mediation sessions, the partners reached an agreement, avoiding a trial that was projected to last 3 years.

Availability and contact

Marek usually works from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. He reserves Fridays for analyzing documents and writing mediation protocols. If your company stands still due to a board quarrel, Marek will usually respond to your message within 4 business hours. You can write to him directly to arrange a 20-minute preliminary phone call, during which you will assess whether the case is suitable for mediation.
